VIEWS OF McKINLEY: Located 150 miles north of Anchorage the scenic views of Denali (Mt. McKinley) as you make your way into the property are breath taking. The accessibility and beauty of the mountains is why the National Park Service wants to develop the South Side of Denali. The meadows in this area make for panoramic views of Mt. McKinley and the Alaska Range. |

PRISTINE DOG MUSHING: The snow in the Petersville area is legendary! When there is no snow any where else in the state we've got it. If you're a dog musher looking for training runs the Oilwell area is pristine. Iditarod musher Silvia Willis states, "I have decided Trapper Creek/Petersville is one of the best training grounds for Iditarod and I would like to train there again." |

Wildlife:
We've got it! From migrating birds (trumpeter swans, arctic terns, sand hill cranes) to big mammals (moose, bear) most of our neighbors are a bit "wild" - at least the furry/feathered kind. |

|
FLOAT ON: There are several waterways close by including Moose Creek at Mile 6, Amber Lake at Mile 12 and of course out the front door on Kroto Creek. |
