Interested in hosting a basketry and/or broom making workshop for your group?
PLEASE NOTE: ALL WORKSHOP SCHEDULING HAVE BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19 until further notice
We've taught all over the country from coast to coast - including Alaska. If you're interested in hosting a basketry workshop with Jill Choate here's some things to consider.
-
What classes do you want to offer? From simple to more challenging we have a wide variety of class options to offer your group. We ask for a minimum of 10 students per class (12 for broom making workshop)
-
How am I getting to you? Flying or driving? I ask that you pay expenses to and from your workshop. I fly out of Spokane International Airport in Spokane, WA. Currently mileage expense for 2020 is .58 per mile.
-
Is shipping materials required: Materials must be shipped to your site at your expense from Moyie Springs, ID unless we are driving to your site.
-
Want to work with several groups to lessen the transportation cost? Contact us with your proposal and we'll see how we can make mutually beneficial arrangements for all involved.
-
What's the fee? Fee for classes depends on what type of class you want to offer. Please refer to the website for kit fees for an idea of what you can expect. Instructional fees will be added.
For more information or to discuss booking a workshop please drop us an email or give us a call at 208-946-3655.
