WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
We try to get your order out to you within a two week time period. We ship UPS and USPS advantage mail depending on the type of basket kit you order and what the elements require for packaging. Make sure to stipulate the type of shipping you'd like to receive at checkout.
There are times when we do get behind during peak holiday seasons or when there is a big sale on. If it's important for you to receive a parcel at a certain time please let us know when ordering.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we do ship internationally to Canada via USPS international post as well as UPS.

RETURN POLICY:
First, if you have a need to consider a refund, you have likely ordered a product from us which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a satisfied customer that has created an exceptional product from one of our kits. Sometimes, however hiccups occur and here's what we can offer to rectify those occasional situations.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

Your purchase is covered by a 30 DAY BLANKET OF ERROR. In example, if you have not received an element of a kit or not the correct quantity you have 30 days to contact us and we will make sure that you receive whatever is required to make sure that your kit is complete at no charge to you. AFTER the 30 day blanket of error time limit has expired FREE shipping will no longer apply.

If you are unhappy with a kit and wish to return it you may do so within 30 days. PLEASE NOTE: we do not offer return shipping.

When your kit has been received in good order we will be happy to reimburse you for your purchase within a 60 day period from purchase.
