Whether you’re brand new to broom making or already tying brooms like a wild prairie witch with a caffeine habit, this workshop is designed to spark inspiration and send you home with skills, techniques, and a variety of brooms to use and share.
During this hands-on retreat you’ll learn: • Fundamental broom tying techniques • Working with hurl and nurl broomcorn •Students will make 3 brooms: a cobwebber, a hearth broom, and a sweeper and/or round broom.
